Creating inspiring values for your team helps create a shared understanding, clear expectations and way to align decisions to reach team goals.

Values to Inspire is a half day workshop to develop strong values that are meaningful, measurable and inspiring.
Whilst it’s written for developing team values it could also be used to develop corporate values if you’re creating them as a small group. (Should you want to adapt it for a larger group then get in touch and I’ll work with you to do that)
